Your New Role... As Manager, Global Experiences EMEA, you will help shape and deliver strategies that drive long-term growth across Warner Bros. Discovery’s experiences business. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to the development of experiences featuring some of the world’s most iconic brands and characters, helping to expand and strengthen Warner Bros. Discovery’s presence across the EMEA region. You will work with globally recognised partners, support significant revenue-generating partnerships, and contribute to the future growth of experiences across the region. Your Role
Accountabilities... • Under the direction of the Director, coordinate all aspects of assigned accounts from pitching properties and input on contract negotiation to servicing the day-to-day business needs of licensees. • Support the Director in evaluating complex new business opportunities including due diligence on potential licensees, market and competition analysis, size of financial opportunity, and best business model assessment. Assist in negotiating critical deal points by providing key input and analysis, contract modifications and deal requisitions. • Assist in establishing, coordinating, and achieving financial goals, providing significant input into overall short-term and long-range budget targets, as well as forecasts and business reviews, while monitoring sales results to help ensure revenues meet budgetary goals. • Partner with internal stakeholders across Franchise, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development, Brand Assurance and other Warner Bros. Discovery divisions to ensure alignment on strategy, approvals and activations. • In collaboration with the Global Experiences territory lead, communicate key account activity to international stakeholders including general licensee updates, current negotiations and pitches, financial forecasts, and long-term plans. • Communicate key account updates, negotiations, forecasts and long-term plans to regional and international stakeholders and represent the business at partner meetings, trade shows and site visits. Qualifications & Experience... • Demonstrable experience within location-based entertainment, attractions, experiences, licensing, consumer products or a related commercial environment. • Proven project and account management experience across multiple partners, initiatives and revenue-generating projects. • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting licensing
