OVERVIEW The Growth Performance & Governance Director role reports to the Vice President of Growth . The role serves as the steward of the enterprise growth performance management system, partnering with commercial, marketing, finance, strategy, and business leaders globally to define metrics, govern performance measurement, manage operating cadence, and drive accountability against growth objectives. This role owns the frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, review processes, and governance mechanisms that enable the Growth organization and business leaders to make faster, data-driven decisions and execute growth priorities consistently across the enterprise. The role helps establish a common language for growth performance, tracks progress against key initiatives, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives corrective actions that improve commercial outcomes. The position plays a critical role in creating visibility and accountability for growth performance at executive leadership levels. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise growth performance management system, including KPI definitions, scorecards, dashboards, governance processes, and reporting standards. Establish common definitions, measurement methodologies, and performance metrics that create consistency and transparency across global commercial and growth activities. Lead the enterprise growth operating cadence, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, executive performance reviews, and strategic growth governance forums. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and growth scorecards that provide visibility into commercial performance, pipeline health, customer growth, strategic initiatives, and key business outcomes. Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to monitor performance against growth targets and identify opportunities to improve results. Own tracking and reporting of enterprise growth initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, milestone achievement, risk management, and realization of expected business value. Coordinate corrective action planning when performance falls short of objectives, facilitating cross-functional alignment and follow-through to improve outcomes.
