IT Business Analysis, SrAssc(AI-Enabled Delivery)

Looking For     State Street   Investment Management   is looking for   the   Business Analyst   for our   China   office , as part of   Information Technology   organization.   This position will be responsible for   business analysis and solution delivery   for investment management applications and platforms, working closely with senior analysts, global business stakeholders, and technology teams. The role focuses on capturing business needs, documenting clear requirements, and supporting testing and delivery activities to help ensure solutions align with business priorities, operational efficiency, and risk standards.      The candidate should have   working   knowledge of asset management   business   and applications , with exposure to areas such as Client and Product information systems, Marketing and Sales applications, Investment Product Data Services .      Why this role is important to us     Our Information Technology function is vital to State Street Investment Management and is a key enabler for delivering data, insights, and digital capabilities to our clients. We continue to modernize our technology platforms and enhance business capabilities through cloud adoption, data analytics, and automation initiatives.   This role plays an important part in ensuring   that business requirements are well understood, clearly defined,   and   effectively delivered , enabling scalable and high ‑ quality solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.     We offer a collaborative, global environment where business analysis skills are valued, and where individuals can grow their expertise by working on real business challenges in the asset management industry.       What You Will Be Responsible For     Perform   business analysis activities for investment management applications, assisting with requirement capture, analysis, and documentation to meet evolving business and operational needs.    Partner   with global business stakeholders (e.g., Product Development, Global Funds Management, Digital Marketing , ETF Specialist ) to understand business objectives and help translate them into well-defined requirements, under the guidance of analyst   manager.   Work closely with technology teams to clarify requirements, support solution design, and ensure correct interpretation and delivery of business needs.   Support business solution delivery for applications such as ssga.com, Fund Administration Tools, Fund Data Services, and digital Investment Tools, under the guidance of   analyst   manager .   Help analyze business processes and data flows, identify gaps, and contribute to solution recommendations and process improvements.    Contribute to Business   a s Usual (BAU) support activities, including issue triage, impact assessment, and coordination of resolution or workaround solutions.    Maintain accurate documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, data definitions, and supporting analysis artifacts.    Follow risk, compliance, and control expectations, and promptly raise potential issues or risks to senior team members.

Foundational knowledge of asset management business and familiarity with investment management concepts such as products, performance, risk, and client data.    Good business analysis capability, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.    Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by clarifying scope, priorities, and trade-offs, and confirming decisions and outcomes in a timely manner.    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.    Confidence to ask the right questions, escalate appropriately, and facilitate alignment across business and technology teams to keep delivery moving
