If you have experience evaluating opportunities, building business cases, and using strategic and financial insights to guide investment decisions, this role offers the opportunity to influence growth strategies, portfolio priorities and long-term business direction.    We are actively recruiting for a Senior Manager, New Ventures , to join our team in Richmond, VA.   The Senior Manager, New Ventures, plays a key role in shaping the future growth of the business by identifying, evaluating, and advancing emerging consumer products and business opportunities. This role leads portfolio strategy development, opportunity evaluation, business case development, and long-range planning to support strategic growth and long-term value creation. Ideal candidates bring experience in strategy, corporate development, corporate venture capital, management consulting, or related growth-focused roles within the consumer products industry. In This Role, You Will:

Lead the development of portfolio strategies that expand the business into emerging product categories, markets, and growth opportunities. Identify and recommend opportunities to build a portfolio of emerging consumer products that support growth and long-term value creation. Develop business cases and strategic recommendations that inform portfolio priorities, investment decisions, and business direction. Lead financial analysis and modeling to evaluate opportunities, inform portfolio prioritization, and guide investment decisions and resource allocation. Partner with cross-functional
