Job Description
Details of the Division and Team: Head of TSCO Indonesia reporting to the to the Regional Head of TSCO for APAC and a matrix line to the country COO. The Head will manage a team of 11 staff are responsible for all settlement and documentation function for IB business, including Money Market and regulatory adherence. Staff will be the primary face off to the business locally and the regulator for all TSCO related activity. In addition to managing the staff, the day-to-day Operational task, the staff will also be leading all initiative related to new business and regulatory adherence. The candidate should be capable and willing to drive strategic system changes in conjunction with the global delivery team to ensure that the country is in par with the rest of branches in APAC. The candidate should have a strong risk and control mind sent in order to protect the franchise and also ensure that the team also has the same values. Manage and lead day to day processing and exception handling in the Global Market product assigned Ensure operational risks are well identified and managed, and where required, escalated properly Actively involved in the Local and Regional projects Technology, process and people Continuous improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed for the processes from time to time. Upholding the Values of the group and company at all times. Compliance with all applicable Rules/regulations of both in country and group Policies Drive the usage of technology such as global systems, AI tools to ensure that the Cost per trade and scalability are significantly improved. Your skills and experience: University graduate Experience in similar fields. Have a strong knowledge in Treasury Product especially Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives (CCS, IRS) and reconciliation Excellent leadership, able to work in virtual global teams.
