This is an opportunity to own critical reporting, shape smarter processes, and deliver analytics that create real impact across the organization. YOUR MAIN TASKS:
Own and manage Quality KPI reporting and analytics across multiple business functions. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP, databases, and other enterprise systems using SQL. Provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems and reporting platforms. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.
YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND
Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related business analytics role. Advanced expertise in Tableau and Power BI, with a proven track record of designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and reports. Strong SQL and database management experience, including extracting, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets. Experience working with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or other operational KPI environments, translating data into actionable business insights. Hands-on experience with SAP data and processes, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills, with experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; knowledge of Python, R, SAS, Databricks, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
