This is a Project Management position that applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for delivering HPC solutions. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. This position will support government accounts.  Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident/Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee/asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The selected candidate must hold the security clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly required This is a teleworker role with 1 or 2 days weekly travel to the customer site. This position contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

Manages customer project delivery. Revenue as detailed in Impact section. Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global. High/ very high risk. High/very high complexity legal and commercial issues. Manages project financials including P&L. Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management. Manages business development Identifies and develops new opportunities with client Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities Acts as opportunity manager for high risk deals. Manages client relationships. Manages complex multi-function and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners and customers. Manages project team.
