Responsibilities Lead HRO (HRIS, TA, Benefits, Contact Center, Pre Boarding, Payroll Services etc) service delivery for Banking & Capital Market (BCM) clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements. Act as a subject matter expert in Professional Services HRO processes including people management & HRO reporting. Partner with client CHRO, People MD and Directors, PBPs and senior finance stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and consulting teams to support proposals, transformation programs, and deal pursuits. Drive adoption of best practices, benchmarks, and process frameworks across client engagements. Enable technology and digital solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of HRO delivery. Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring capability development and client-centric execution. Build and maintain operational frameworks that enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency of HRO operations.
