We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducts staffing and cost analyses Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Represents manufacturing on production related issues Investigating product defects and production inefficiencies and developing solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducting staffing and cost analyses Coordinating and preparing justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Representing manufacturing on production related issues Establishing and maintaining production schedules This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.   Shift: This position is for 2nd shift.   This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): High School Diploma 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 3+ years of hands on experience building Propulsion and Mechanical systems 1+ years of experience leading teams Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in the aerospace industry Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel Excellent written and Verbal Communications Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
