Agency Partner

The Agency Partner is responsible for setting and executing Meta's strategy for key agency partnerships — driving revenue growth, product adoption, and mutual value creation. This role combines strategic relationship leadership with operational rigor: building joint business plans, leveraging data to surface growth opportunities, and ensuring quality execution at both agency and ecosystem level. We're looking for a consultative business driver who puts agencies and their clients at the core, believes the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven, and grounded in measurable outcomes — and can translate that conviction into scalable action. Candidates will work together with agencies, Meta business and cross-functional teams across verticals and geographies, must be able to ramp up on new products, tools, and market dynamics efficiently, have experience collaborating across teams and contributing new approaches to business challenges, and be able to make progress on initiatives with incomplete information by identifying key assumptions and iterating as new data emerges.
