As a Senior Frontier Industry Advisor – Banking on the Americas Frontier Banking Industry team, you will help Microsoft’s most strategic banking customers define and execute AI-led transformation agendas. This role is responsible for originating industry-led business opportunities and executive conversations that connect business outcomes to Microsoft cloud, data, AI, security, and partner capabilities. You will be the banking industry subject matter expert engaging with senior business decision makers to identify, generate, and nurture transformational opportunities. You will go deep with select customers to help them move beyond isolated pilots toward governed, scalable AI adoption that delivers enterprise outcomes such as profitable growth, improved operating leverage, faster and more trusted credit decisioning, stronger fraud and financial crime controls, better customer and banker experiences, operational resilience, and regulatory confidence. Serve as the banking industry subject matter expert for digital and AI transformation, account planning, and partner business planning. Engage business leaders, global systems integrators, ISVs, solution partners, and Microsoft account teams. Align Microsoft capabilities to customers' strategic banking priorities. Bring a multi-year industry perspective on digital and AI transformation. Provide thought leadership on global banking trends and ecosystem opportunities, influence key business stakeholders, and help accelerate adoption of Microsoft technologies through long-term strategic planning and execution. Lead multi-horizon planning and create industry-focused roadmaps aligned to customer business and technology priorities. Build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level customer and partner stakeholders. Act as a trusted industry advisor by applying deep knowledge of banking strategies, market dynamics, technology trends, and Microsoft's industry point of view.
