Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally. The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000. You will be working in a team whose aim is to support SCQMs through crisis management and the whole Airbus Group system on raw material search when shortages are identified to protect Airbus FALs.
Position
Summary: We are looking for a reactive, dynamic, target oriented and strong analytic person to join the Raw Material Help Desk project (RMHD). Good knowledge of quality processes and experience in market prospection is required. Raw Material Help Desk is the most powerful service in Airbus to support any material disruption. Essential Functions: In your role, you will be responsible to … ● Manage requests from SCQMs (registering, challenging information, status monitoring, reporting) ● Improve our distributors/ brokers database worldwide ● Interact with stockists and SCQMs on a regular basis. ● Operational performance for internal activities ● Identifying improvements to the RMHD Additional Responsibilities: ● Act as RMHD focal point towards MFTs if needed Requirements - our ideal candidate will have ● Experience in Supply Chain Quality or Procurement ● A degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. ● Solid professional experience in Information Systems ● Manage internal quality tools as normaster, SMP, Sea Cloud. ● Good knowledge of material standards and Aerospace Raw Material ● Language Skills: fluent English ( French and/or Spanish are a plus) ● Commercial skills are a plus. ● Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed ● Strong ability to work under pressure and a changing environment ● Analytic mindset is strongly needed Benefits - what’s in it for you ● Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world. ● A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work. ● A modern office at Parque das Nacoes, well connected to public
