Work You’ll Do As a Manager on the HR Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for: Exploring innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients Lead HR shared services, service delivery, and operating model design projects to enhance employee experience and drive client outcomes Act as a Project Manager by monitoring and mitigating project risks to ensure exemplary delivery while cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted go-to resource for HR strategy knowledge. Develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies that deliver superior client results by proactively monitoring and mitigating project risks while applying emerging Digital HR technology trends to shape how clients deliver HR services. Utilize your leadership experience to mentor and develop other members of the HRS&O team Engage in business development and eminence activities to build the practice A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills
