Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery excellence across our engineering organization. In this role, you will partner with two development teams to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while owning cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve how we build and ship software. You will be the connective tissue between teams, stakeholders, and leadership - mapping dependencies, managing risk, and coordinating execution. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote work and in-person collaboration at our downtown Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Coordination Own and drive end-to-end delivery for cross-functional programs and initiatives Establish program milestones, track progress against commitments, and proactively surface risks to stakeholders Provide clear, data-driven reporting on program health and status Stakeholder Alignment & Communication Map and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment on interfaces, timelines, and commitments Translate between technical details and stakeholder-friendly updates for Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and senior leadership Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align on trade-offs, priorities, and resource allocation Team Delivery Leadership Partner with two Scrum teams to lead delivery and ensure predictability Ensure effective team meetings, including team and scaled agile ceremonies Work closely with Product and Engineering Managers to align priorities and manage scope Identify and remove blockers, escalating systemic impediments and driving resolution Help teams navigate technical trade-offs and decompose complex initiatives into deliverable increments Continuous Improvement Cultivate an environment where teams feel empowered to self-organize, experiment, and grow Design and implement improvements to team and program delivery, measuring impact and sharing learnings Advocate for agile values and practices that enable teams to deliver incrementally, learn quickly, and respond to change Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT, etc.) or equivalent work experience
