Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain an up-to-date supplier database.

Support negotiations of pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve competitive rates and favorable conditions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and assist in developing effective sourcing strategies.

Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or discrepancies to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement outcomes.

Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
