RAM Operations Trainer

As a RAM Operations Trainer, you will play a key role in developing workforce capability across the organization. This position is responsible for training strategy, curriculum development, documentation coordination, and skill development initiatives that improve operational performance and readiness. You will partner closely with shift teams, engineers, manufacturing technicians, and leadership to ensure training programs remain aligned with business needs, process changes, and continuous improvement objectives.

Lead RAM Operations training programs for new hires, interns, and existing team members across shift operations, tools, and standard processes Develop, maintain, and standardize training curricula, qualification pathways, and learning materials aligned to operational requirements Own coordination of area documentation updates, partnering with content owners and SMEs to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely implementation Drive execution of training and improvement initiatives by managing timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables while partnering with cross-functional teams Assess skill gaps, implement targeted development plans, and leverage AI tools to improve training content, knowledge management, process documentation, and team productivity Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in one or more RAM Operations job roles and ability to perform independently Strong understanding of RAM Operations processes, procedures, reaction mechanisms, and daily operational workflows Experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or providing OJT support to team members Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Preferred Qualifications: SME-level proficiency in multiple RAM Operations functions such as Metro, WIP Control, OOC, Registration, AIMPACT, or related areas Experience developing training programs, OJT plans, qualification pathways, controlled documentation, or operational readiness processes Experience supporting HVM alignment initiatives, audits, continuous improvement programs, or cross-functional project execution Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, coaching, facilitating training sessions, or serving as a Job Role Champion Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
