Job Description
Position Overview AECOM is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise within the Planning Department. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual communications including interactive PDF reports, PowerPoint presentations, diagrams, and graphics that support traffic engineering, planning initiatives, executive presentations, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high impact graphics, infographics, figures, and layouts for planning and traffic engineering deliverables Create visually engaging, interactive PDF reports Develop clear, polished, and professional PowerPoint presentations Create diagrams and visualizations that support traffic engineering and planning concepts Ensure brand consistency, formatting accuracy, and strong quality review across all materials Work collaboratively with multiple team members and incorporate iterative feedback Manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities while meeting short deadlines Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field and 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience in layout design, desktop publishing, and creating interactive PDFs using Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint -, including template development Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong quality review skills Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, visually understandable graphics Strong time-management and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative, professional, and client-focused approach Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and technologies is helpful Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
