DC Site Lead

What this job involves Support site team to prepare and consolidate tender documents, contract, etc on local office renovation and data centre projects; conduct progress, quality and budgetary control Support site team to liaise and collaborate with authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departments, etc, to ensure all phases of project meet with budget, timing, requirement and quality parameters Support site team to review and compile budget with local managers within the region As a manager to lead site team or as a project manager to handling the project,  meet project timeline and all deliverables, monitor and follow up task progress with the team through regular meetings Coordinate with site team to conduct scenario tests to test the feasibility of the existing site technology recovery plan for JLL managed critical environment; Perform risk assessment on regular maintenance activities according to client requirement As a manager to coordinate and manage different trades contractors to ensure all the M&E activities finished during critical environment power down for local projects Provide training, guidance & technical supporting to educate site team Support site team to implement a comprehensive energy management program Support site team to implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems. Support Solutions Development for new tender bid Support site team or new site to develop procedure (SOP, EOP, MOP) for operations Support site team to handling emergency incident and recovery Support site team to carry out HSE & critical environment incident investigation and provide recommendation if need Desired experience and technical skills Required Bachelor's degree in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline. REW C & H is an advantage Data Centre certification, CDCP or equivalent 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or constructions services. 3 - 5 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facilities Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of reports Location: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
