We want to inform you that this is a full-time, permanent position operating under a hybrid working model. The role can be based in Stockholm (Sweden), Dublin (Ireland) or Riga (Latvia), with occasional travel across the region.
About the Job
As our Market Insight Manager, you will own and continuously enhance the reporting and analytics ecosystem across Ireland and NORBAL (Nordics & Baltics), delivering high-quality reporting, meaningful analysis and actionable insights that support business growth and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Insights & Analytics team, partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and other business functions. You will play a key role in shaping business decisions by turning market, consumer and commercial data into clear recommendations. Working across multiple markets, categories and data sources, you will support forecasting, innovation and strategic planning while acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Leading market intelligence and category analysis across Ireland and Norbal. Owning and enhancing reporting and analytics solutions across multiple data platforms and sources. Delivering insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Identifying market trends, opportunities and emerging consumer behaviours. Supporting commercial planning, forecasting, budgeting and innovation initiatives through data-driven insights. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Strategic Insights & Analytics teams. Managing external insight partners, research agencies and data providers such as Nielsen and other market intelligence vendors. Driving improvements in data quality, reporting efficiency and reporting automation Salary range for this position varies by market: Ireland - EUR 57,500 - EUR 65,000 yearly Sweden - SEK 564 000 - SEK 708 000 yearly Latvia - EUR 34,800 - EUR 38,400 yearly Compensation is determined using our global job architecture and local compensation benchmarking, taking into account role level, experience, and business needs.
About You
About you: To be successful in this role, you combine strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity and the ability to influence decision-making through insights. You enjoy working across markets and functions and are comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity and multiple stakeholder perspectives. You will ideally bring: Experience within Market Insights, Consumer Insights, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Category Insights, Market Research or a similar field, preferably within the FMCG and Food & Beverage industry. Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related. A strong track record of analysing market, consumer and commercial data to generate actionable business recommendations. Experience working with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel and other analytics platforms, as well as managing multiple data sources, reporting processes and data quality. Knowledge of syndicated data and insight providers such as Nielsen, Numerator or similar data sources. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions, simplify complex information and engage both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional Nordic or Baltic language skills are considered an advantage. You are based in, or willing to relocate to (with the right to work), Stockholm, Dublin or
