Senior Compensation Analyst   Join our team and “Be You Be Aptar” Aptar is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst , based in its Aptar Chieti site or remotely. The Senior Compensation Analyst is part of the Global Compensation team which oversees the strategy, management and development of compensation programs and initiatives. The role will support compensation execution to ensure the business has effective compensation practices, as well as working on EMEA specific and global projects.   As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will:

Countries in scope primarily are France, Germany, Italy, UK, Czech Republic, Spain, Russia.  Global projects encompass North America, EMEA, LATAM and Asia. Some global projects Build and lead relationships with key sites/countries being the sole point of contact for general queries.  Some interaction with business as needed Administration and management of global job architecture,
