Work Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Job Description:
Strong application production support background.
Must have AWS knowledge.
Nice to have Azure cloud knowledge too.
Must have Payment domain experience.
Expertise in Splunk.
Should know how to read the source code.
Nice to have Java and Ruby developer background.
Strong analytics and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills as this role requires daily multiple triage calls.

. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
