As a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or someone striving toward certification, you are committed to your professional development and to elevating the standard of equity administration at Synopsys. What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain and administer multiple company stock plans, including grant processing, exercises/releases, terminations, and comprehensive reporting. Audit and update the employee stock database while facilitating information exchange with external brokers (E*TRADE). Collaborate on the design, communication, and continuous improvement of equity plans and related educational programs. Assist in administering the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), handling enrollments, contribution changes, semi-annual purchases, and disposition reporting. Respond promptly to participant inquiries regarding equity programs, delivering excellent service to employees at all levels. Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly equity-related reports, supporting accounting and audit functions. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, HR, Legal, transfer agents, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless equity administration. Support year-end processes such as payroll audits, tax rate updates, and Section 6039 compliance. Ensure international stock plan compliance, staying current with legislative changes and global best practices. Act as a liaison for SOX compliance and audits, identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. Provide ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects as they arise.
