Visit us at accenture.com We are looking for a Motion Design Specialist to join our Creative team and bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics and visual storytelling. In this role, you will lead the creation of high-quality motion content for a wide range of digital experiences, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling visual solutions. From concept development and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final delivery, you will play a key role in shaping creative projects while mentoring team members and ensuring production excellence. Lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and digital video content for multiple platforms. Collaborate with project managers, designers, producers, and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative visual solutions. Participate in ideation sessions, storyboarding, style frame creation, and concept development. Oversee the complete video production workflow, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Create animations, edit video and audio assets, and apply visual effects to produce high-quality deliverables. Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to creative standards across all projects. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to other motion designers and creative team members. Estimate production efforts, manage priorities, and contribute to project planning. Apply industry best practices for asset organization, version control, and production workflows. Continuously explore new animation techniques, tools, and creative trends to enhance project outcomes.

8+ years of experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related creative fields. Experience leading or mentoring creative teams on digital production projects. Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard creative tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, composition, and visual communication. Experience creating storyboards, animatics, corporate videos, marketing content, eLearning assets, or digital media. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English and Spanish.

Experience working with multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of video production workflows from concept to final delivery. Experience creating content for web, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills.
