THE ROLE
The Memory Subsystem team is seeking a Program Manager to support execution planning, cross-functional coordination, and delivery readiness across Memory Subsystem and Shift Left teams. This role focuses on enabling structured execution across pre-silicon, emulation, SoC integration, firmware-driven readiness, lab alignment, and bring-up support. You will help ensure the Memory Subsystem and Shift Left teams have clear plans, visibility into risks, aligned ownership, and disciplined execution across multiple concurrent programs. This includes tracking AI-assisted engineering adoption as a first-class execution metric, given the team's strong and growing use of AI development tools across RTL, verification, and debug workflows. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, technical leads, firmware teams, SoC teams, emulation teams, lab teams, and external partners to align milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. This role emphasizes technical program execution in addition to planning and coordination. You will work closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical activities into actionable plans, commitments, and leadership-ready status updates. You are expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate program management deliverables — generating status summaries, synthesizing cross-team updates, and automating reporting and tracking mechanisms. THE PERSON: You are a program manager with strong technical experience and a demonstrated ability to support complex semiconductors, SoC, firmware, platform, or system-level engineering programs. You have experience collaborating across engineering disciplines and understanding technical dependencies well enough to identify risks, clarify ownership, and facilitate resolution. You help create structure and alignment in evolving technical environments and support teams across changing priorities, multiple locations, and concurrent programs. You embrace AI as a force-multiplier for program execution — using AI tools to compress reporting cycles, improve data-driven visibility, and free up time for higher-value coordination. Success in this role may include experience with: Defining execution plans, milestones, deliverables, and closure criteria Driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, firmware, SoC, emulation, lab, and platform teams Identifying schedule risks, resource constraints, dependency gaps, and execution blockers Translating complex technical status into clear leadership summaries — including leveraging AI tools to draft, synthesize, and refine executive-ready updates Creating operating mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution effectiveness, including AI-assisted dashboards and automated tracking Facilitating issue resolution through clear ownership and follow-up Supporting distributed teams across multiple sites and time zones Tracking and reporting AI-tool adoption and productivity impact as part of program readiness and continuous improvement metrics You are an execution-focused program leader who helps technical teams achieve consistent delivery objectives.
