Overall experience > 7 years Exposure in support projects Good communication skills Scope of work Triage and resolve the issues escalated by monitoring team Communicate with the App Development team Work with Application development team and other teams on issue resolutions Proactively communicate in case of any issues Technology: Unix shell scripting/ Linux (Mandatory) Devops (CI/CD) (Mandatory) SQL (Mandatory) Autosys/scheduler (Good to have ) Servicenow as Ticketing tool (Good to have) Java (good to have)

Mandatory Skills: JAX-RS - Java API- RESTful Web Services
