Lead Advanced Field Service Technician

As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in the Industrial Automation unit, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Columbia, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. Key Responsibilities

Providing technical guidance and support Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs Conduct training sessions for customers Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
