Junior Customer Service Representative with German

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative with German to join our team in Gdańsk. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates starting their career in an international business environment. No previous experience is required, as we provide a comprehensive paid onboarding and training programme to help you succeed in the role. You will support a portfolio of business customers, coordinating orders and deliveries while working closely with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams. Most customer communication is conducted via email, with occasional phone contact when needed to support customer requests and ongoing business relationships.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take ownership of the customer order journey from order entry through to delivery and invoicing. Most customer interactions are conducted via email and business correspondence, with phone communication used when needed to support ongoing customer relationships and resolve specific requests. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Order-to-Invoice process Supporting a portfolio of business customers and building positive customer relationships Processing and monitoring customer orders Managing and resolving order backlog activities and alerts Responding to customer requests and order modifications Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely execution of customer orders Working closely with Sales, Asset, Logistics, and other internal teams Supporting On-Time Delivery targets and customer satisfaction goals Providing professional after-sales support Driving operational efficiency and process excellence Who You Are This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, detail-oriented, and likes solving problems. You are eager to learn, comfortable communicating in an international environment, and motivated to build valuable business experience. No previous experience is required.
