Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities Change Delivery & Execution • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and control • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions in partnership with technology teams • Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution across the project lifecycle Business Analysis & Product Understanding • Develop strong understanding of funding and structured products, including end-to-end trade lifecycle and operational processes • Act as a bridge between Front Office, Technology, and Operations to ensure solutions are aligned and fit-for-purpose • Identify gaps, risks, and control considerations in proposed changes Testing & Implementation Readiness • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management • Ensure operational readiness for go-live, including procedures, controls, and training Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance globally • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Confidently challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes Process Optimization & Transformation • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes • Reduce manual touchpoints and enhance control frameworks through automation and process redesign • Contribute to
