AMETEK Finland is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Senior Sourcing Specialist at our Finland unit that currently locates at Espoo.   You as our Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support AMETEK Finland's supply chain, production, quality, cost, and growth objectives. The role serves as the primary lead for strategic supplier management, supplier selection, supplier performance improvement, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives. In addition to strategic sourcing responsibilities, the Senior Sourcing Specialist maintains ownership of selected material planning activities to ensure uninterrupted material availability and support daily production requirements. The position collaborates closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams, as well as suppliers across Europe, North America, and Asia.   The Senior Sourcing Specialist drives continuous improvement within sourcing and material management processes while ensuring compliance with AMETEK policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.
