We're seeking a Learning & Development Consultant I to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering impactful learning programs that support both business and enterprise goals. In this role, you'll partner with leaders, learners, and cross-functional teams to create meaningful learning experiences that enhance employee performance, support professional growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning. In addition, field-based trainers receive: Company vehicle provided Company fuel/gas card Company credit card for approved travel expenses Daily meal per diem while traveling Opportunity to work directly with employees and leaders across multiple locations What You'll Do Design and facilitate engaging learning programs aligned with business and enterprise strategies Deliver instructor-led training and learning experiences that support employee development and performance Build strong partnerships with business leaders, learners, and cross-functional stakeholders Promote and support a skills-based learning culture across the organization Coach and support learners throughout training programs and learning activities Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and outcomes Maintain and manage learning content catalogs to ensure training offerings meet business needs Coordinate training logistics, including class setup, participant management, and training materials Support learning system audits and quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications Active license required Ability to travel and work onsite throughout Florida locations approximately 60% of the time Experience delivering training and facilitating learning programs Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Ability to effectively engage diverse audiences and support learner success PLEASE NOTE: Being BASED in FLORIDA is required due to the 60% Travel requirement in that area. This is a HYBRID Role: the individual hired will work 40% virtually/from home and 60% traveling to Florida office sites.

2+ years of Learning & Development, training, facilitation, or related experience Experience working with adult learners in a corporate environment Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies Experience measuring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement What Success Looks Like You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working directly with people, facilitating engaging learning experiences, traveling to support employees in the field, and partnering with leaders to help build the skills needed for organizational success.
