Associate Director Planning and Demand

Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align sales, operations, and finance teams on demand-supply strategies to drive an integrated business planning and achieve business goals. Drive and strategically manage product family-level production and inventory planning based on demand forecasts, minimizing stockouts and overstocks in order to achieve cost efficiency and financial targets。 Lead  demand planning, MRP processes and, track KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns) r to drive service, agility and cash balancing guided by data driven decisions . Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing to develop long-term sourcing/capacity plans for seasonal peaks (e.g., fresh food campaigns).
