Definition Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system. Responsibilities •    Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions. •    Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective. •    Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc. •    Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal. •    Primary contact with other departments departament to manage sales and customer priorities.
