This role partners closely with the IT & Data HRBP APAC, Global Marketing & SN to support the execution of the people agenda across the APAC IT & Data organization. The role is responsible for driving key talent management processes, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, workforce reporting and employee lifecycle activities, while providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees. The incumbent will work closely with employees, HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations teams to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and a positive employee experience. Major Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Performance & Talent Management • Drive and coordinate the annual performance goal setting cycle. • Support preparation for year-end talent and performance calibration discussions, including data analysis, reporting, and materials preparation. • Monitor completion rates and ensure compliance with performance management timelines. • Support talent retention strategy implementation where required. 2. Employee Development & Career Conversations • Drive and monitor Development Conversations across the employees in scope. • Coach and support managers in conducting meaningful development and career discussions with employees. • Track development plans and monitor progress against agreed development actions. 3. Learning & Capability Building • Lead the execution of learning, capability development and skills-building initiatives across the function. • Conduct training needs analysis and identify critical capability gaps. • Design, coordinate and implement functional/transversal learning programs, workshops and development initiatives. • Drive completion of mandatory, compliance and regulatory training requirements. • Partner with business leaders, HR teams and learning providers to ensure effective program delivery. • Monitor learning participation, completion rates and effectiveness metrics. • Evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 4. Employee Engagement and DPS • Manage the analysis and reporting of DPS/employee engagement survey results. • Support in the implementation and tracking of DPS action plans across the function. • Together with HRBP, partner with leaders to ensure agreed actions are completed and progress is monitored. • Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. 5. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management • Support employees on HR policies, benefits and general HR-related inquiries. • Support hiring and onboarding activities, including documentation, LHDN stamping and employee onboarding coordination. • Partner with HR ES, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. • Support workforce movement activities including transfers, promotions, organization changes and offboarding. • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance requirements and employment regulations. • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and process efficiency. 6. Reporting & People Analytics • Support in any relevant reports or workforce analytics. 7. Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, people managers, HR teams and key stakeholders across the function. •
