Procurement Analyst - Junior

Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Facilities, Compliance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and other inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records. Assist in locating key suppliers, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Assist in negotiating purchasing agreements and lead-times. Managing vendor relationships and comprehensive supplier database. Controlling the procurement budget, as needed. Act as the representative of the Procurement Team. Perform duties as advised by the management.
