Carry out maintenance, service, and repair of all process equipment with maximum degree of safety and quality. Process rotating equipment: centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, diaphragm & metering pumps, screw pump, blower and fan, oil mist & lubricant systems, etc. Major machines: centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, extruder, gas turbine generator, steam turbine driver, etc. Hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, marine and truck loading arms, hydraulic control system Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work

Metals (Fixed Equipment) Technician

Carry out safe and high-quality maintenance, service, and repair of process equipment such as process piping, valves, fixed equipment and structures, utilities systems, and marine and truck loading and unloading systems. Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work

Instrumentation & Electrical Technician

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all related equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner Instrumentation: process transmitters, programmable logic controller, supervisory control and data acquisition. Electrical: motor, motor control center, variable frequency drive Participate in reliability programs to improve availability rates for all process instrumentation and electrical facilities Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work

Power Distribution Technician

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all electrical power distribution equipment such as gas turbine generator, switchgears, transformers, uninterruptable power supply, DC charger etc. Conduct various electrical equipment health assessments such as TanDelta, high potential test, protective relay calibration etc. Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the
