About the Role: Lead lease administration activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of lease databases, timely updates to lease records, and compliance with client data standards. Oversee lease data abstraction, quality reviews, reporting accuracy, rent payment processing, and the management of lease-related documents such as estoppels and SNDAs. Manage and provide day-to-day operational oversight to a team of Lease Administration Analysts. Ensure the team delivers accurate, high-quality, and timely lease abstraction, data management, and reporting services. Coordinate the abstraction, quality review, and upload of lease-related documents while tracking critical dates and maintaining data integrity. Deliver recurring and ad hoc portfolio reports, lead lease administration status meetings, and collaborate with clients to support reporting and portfolio management needs.

About You

Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team in Portfolio Lease Administration. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex lease/legal documents, identify key terms, and solve problems effectively. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven professional who performs well under pressure, manages competing priorities, and applies creative problem-solving. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across matrixed, cross-functional, and multi-regional environments.
