Job Title: Manager, Ethics & Compliance Engagement & Operations Requisition ID: R027871 Job Description: Job Title : Manager, Ethics & Compliance Engagement & Operations Reporting To: Senior Director, Ethics and Compliance Engagement Department : Ethics and Compliance Location: Remote Your Mission Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance team, the Manager, Ethics & Compliance Engagement & Operations will be instrumental in planning, logistics, and executing on a wide range of engagement, training and communication efforts that foster an ethical culture at Activision Blizzard. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Comprehensive Training Administration Develop and execute comprehensive training deployment plans to include defining training scope, objectives, audience, timeline and resource requirements Work closely with the internal and local teams to schedule 500+ annual training sessions across 35+ office locations (and virtually) by managing event logistics, facilitator needs, LMS administrators, registration status, etc. Maintain accurate records of training progress and materials and provide timely project documentation, including training materials, attendance records, and evaluation results Manage team mailbox- promptly replying to employee questions, including follow-up with employees who have not completed training Partner closely with LMS administrators and analysts to build reports and dashboards to provide insight on training completion status Evaluate and, when appropriate, action training feedback to ensure continuous improvement on ongoing awareness of employee reception and training effectiveness Conduct ongoing needs analysis to identify resource and scheduling gaps Regularly connect with key partners to provide project updates, address concerns, address attendance deficiencies, and deploy training plans in a manner that is conducive to the workforce as well as business initiatives Collaborate with People Technology, internal IT & external partners/providers as needed to troubleshoot issues and track solutions to system issues, user errors, learning content issues, and system functionality Lead progress meetings and working sessions with E&C and key partners on active and planned training efforts Learning and Development Measurement In collaboration with the E&C L&D, define measurement targets for strategic priorities and initiatives that support immediate and long-term business objectives In partnership with E&C team, ensure training completion is tracked, monitored, and follow-up procedures are utilized to ensure completion rates are met Create annual reports that summarize the impact of E&C L&D initiatives, recommend solutions for improvement in efficiency, cost effectiveness, learning gaps, and anticipated needs. Training Facilitation Successfully facilitate dynamic, live virtual and in-person training on policies, expectations, and other E&C topics in an engaging manner Ethics and Compliance Heroes Program Support In collaboration with the E&C Engagement Team, assist with Way2Play Heroes Summits and Heroes program support, as needed Player Profile: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of work experience Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in learning and development program and project management, preferably in Ethics and Compliance disciplines Strong project management, analytical and organization skills Strong training facilitation skills Proven agility and problem solving capabilities Outstanding written and oral communication skills Steadfast integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior management Ability to balance multiple time critical priorities in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
