The North America Workforce Management (WFM) Data Insights Manager is a strategic leader responsible for leveraging UKG Pro Workforce Management data to deliver actionable insights, drive system adoption, ensure compliance, and enable advanced capabilities such as AI-driven analytics and value case realization. This role focuses on optimizing workforce operations across North America through data-driven decision-making and innovative technology enablement. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Hickley Parkway location in Cleveland, OH Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
