Job Family Definition: Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of infrastructure design, automation, deployment processes, and operational excellence across our technology stack. What you’ll do: Extensive understanding of modern Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, methodologies, and implementation strategies. Proven ability to design, build, and maintain infrastructure from the ground up, including: Bare-metal server provisioning and configuration Operating system deployment and hardening Network and platform services configuration Container orchestration platforms Production application and user-facing service deployment Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and other enterprise-grade automation tools. Practical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management technologies, including: Ansible Terraform Solid programming and scripting experience with: Python Shell/Bash scripting Additional automation-oriented scripting languages Deep understanding of Linux-based systems , including performance tuning, troubleshooting, security, and system administration. Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments, including cluster deployment, management, monitoring, and optimization. Strong experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across complex distributed systems. Strong algorithmic thinking and software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to design efficient and scalable solutions. Experience implementing automation, reliability, observability, and operational best practices in large-scale production environments.

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Typically 8+ years experience. What you need to bring: Experience working with highly available, mission-critical systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability ecosystems. Understanding of security best practices for infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Experience mentoring engineers and driving
