Business Operations Lead

Last Energy seeks a Business Operations Lead to run the day-to-day operational backbone of the company — vendors, facilities, insurance, compliance calendars, and office infrastructure. This role reports will act as a right-hand leadership across a broad operational portfolio. This role will work across operations, IT, legal, finance, and security to keep the company running smoothly, and must be comfortable with both process-building and hands-on field work.
