We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program - Finance. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific apprenticeship project.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Route to Market model understanding: Deep dive upon how the current retail setup operates, from back-office planning, execution in field, and post monitoring process / evaluation.
• Commercial System deep dive: Understand the data source of ISMS, MyHero, etc. and the linkage between systems including output to PowerBI.
• Develop a Minimum Viable Product for Commercial Atlas: usable product that can be leveraged by Field Force and Supervisor to have a helicopter view in their respective territory & district, consisting of outlet data set, brand focus in specific cycle and territory, investment of TPOSM and PPOSM, matched with long-lat database of our system.
• Join field visit with REE, SRC Coach. Discussion with ARE, SRE, CEC
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from any major
• High understanding of ready-to-use tools ranging from Open-Source and AI-based modelling for data set analysis and visualizing in map
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and a creative mindset.
• Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to create efficient ways of working (planning, coordinating and excellent execution)
• Self-starter with strong collaborative skills
• Showing drive for results and willingness to achieve more
• Willing to work in field

• Location: Yogyakarta, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 4 months
