With over 800 employees at the foundry, we are looking for someone who can support process development projects for the continuous improvement of the safety, quality, velocity and cost of manufacturing.

Role

Definition Oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems. Responsibilities • Implementing quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products. • Trouble shooting inspection equipment • Recruiting, developing, and leading staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to policies/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement. • Communicating adherence to client requirements, product or service specifications, and ensures that their expectations are met to achieve high customer satisfaction rates. • Leading the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets. • Addressing trends with internal and external non-conformance. • Managing multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met. • Reviewing reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues.
