Top User Growth Manager (French Speaking) – TikTok LIVE - Paris

The LIVE Operations team is focused on building a scalable and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with a wider group of consumer audiences, creators, and creator agencies, we drive long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.

We are looking for a Top User Operations Manager to drive premium user(VIP gifter focus) growth and monetization for TikTok LIVE in Germany.

You will own end-to-end user strategy, leveraging data to improve user engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities - Define and execute top user growth strategy(retention, monetization), owning TikTok LIVE VIP gifting management ecosystem for the DACH market. - Directly engage with top users to collect first-hand insights of user feedback, analyze user behavior (viewing, gifting, conversion funnels) and generate actionable insights while addressing user issues in a timely manner -Design and iterate user promotion campaigns, including personalized reward mechanics and engagement incentives - Work on a project basis to support the post-launch of several payment programs, coordinating localization and external finance partnerships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, payment, creator ops, data) to drive impact
