Tax - EY Foundry/Innovation - Product Manager – Manager The opportunity The Foundry is a New York-based team of entrepreneurs, product managers, operators, and strategists who have a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new growth businesses. In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY. The Foundry currently has a portfolio of projects in various stages of development, which address these key areas through FinTech, LegalTech and HRTech solutions. As a Product Manager, you know what it takes to design, develop and drive the adoption of great digital products and services, that have been successfully launched to external clients. Your key responsibilities Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services that address a market opportunity. You will create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features, design products, and develop the corresponding user stories and requirements. You will manage the product backlog, work day-to-day with the engineering teams to clarify requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary. You will conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience. You also will drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Proven track record of success launching and iterating digital products for external customers Created products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate meaningful adoption Experience working with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products
5+ years of solid product management experience Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly, and execute independently with minimal guidance Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills Ability to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento)
