Now more than ever, the future belongs to those who ignite and propel the human experience. Those who turn innovation into action. Powered by creativity. Fuelled by data and technology. So it only makes sense that we made ourselves experts at unleashing the power of Adobe, the world’s most advanced customer-experience company. Because by combining passion, data, design thinking, and a dedicated global team of marketers, strategists, and technologists, singularly focused on creating the best experiences, Accenture makes it possible to realize the true potential of the Adobe platform. You Are: As a Senior AEM Edge Delivery Services Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on builder on client digital transformation programs — implementing high-performance AEM Sites on Edge Delivery Services and helping clients modernize from traditional AEM. The Work: You’ll turn solution designs into well-crafted, performant, maintainable code, and be a technical anchor for the developers around you. Implement Classic AEM → Edge Delivery migrations: content import (parsers/transformers), template and block mapping, and QA against the source. Write clean vanilla JavaScript and CSS, hold the line on Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance, accessibility, and cross-browser quality. Apply AI-assisted development and migration tooling to accelerate delivery, and work with Adobe’s AI features (Firefly, AEM AI Assistant, GenStudio ) where they fit the client’s content supply chain. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers; contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation. Mentor mid-level and junior developers on Edge Delivery best practices and modern front-end craft. Debug and support delivered solutions across environments (Git-based workflow, Code Sync, aem.live delivery pipeline, CDN/edge). Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements What You Need: Minimum of 3 years of experience with hands-on software/web development, including substantial AEM Sites delivery ( AEMaaCS and/or 6.x). Minimum of 1 year of experience with hands-on Edge Delivery Services experience - building Edge Delivery blocks, document-based or Universal Editor authoring, the Git-based dev workflow, and the aem.live delivery pipeline. Minimum of 1 year of experience with front-end fundamentals - vanilla JavaScript, modern CSS, responsive/accessible markup, and a track record of hitting Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance targets. Minimum of 1 year of experience migrating or re-platforming sites to a modern web/ Edge Delivery stack (or comparable large-scale content migration). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If: AEM Assets / DAM, and Adobe Target, Analytics, AEP, or Campaign implementation experience. Multi-brand / multi-site or design-system / design-token work. CI and automated testing for front-end (unit tests for JS utilities, Playwright/browser testing, Lighthouse budgets).
