Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: A first line of defense risk professional within the Finance Business Execution and Risk Office (BERO), responsible for the execution, coordination, and support of various risk programs aligned to Finance business partners, including but not limited to business and regulatory change initiatives, model risk management, end user computing (EUC) management, loss events, third-party risk, data risk, Policy and procedure Support, and cyber risk. Utilizes risk expertise to support the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of risk programs in alignment with regulatory expectations while balancing business needs and program execution requirements. Partners closely with first, second, and third line risk teams, Risk Specialist, and Finance Business Unit stakeholders to promote effective risk management practices and operational excellence. Business risk specialist responsible for supporting and executing governance activities, operational risk monitoring, issue management, remediation tracking, and enterprise risk program implementation across assigned business areas. Serves as a key contributor to operational risk management efforts by providing analysis, coordination, stakeholder support, and governance execution while reinforcing business ownership of risk, operational accountability, and adherence to enterprise governance requirements. Delivers visibility and analysis into operational risk trends, remediation progress, governance priorities, and business readiness activities through ongoing monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities. Risk Culture & Operational Integration Assess, evaluate, and communicate risk and governance issues, while promoting business ownership of risk and operational accountability through stakeholder engagement. Influence and contribute to the ongoing enhancement and maturation of enterprise risk programs to align with regulatory expectations and business objectives. Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across risk management activities and operations. Provide feedback and partnership support to second- and third-line risk teams, including participation in program reviews, testing activities, and ongoing risk management initiatives. Governance, Reporting & Leadership Support Execute enterprise risk program requirements and governance activities across assigned business areas, including assessing, monitoring, and escalating operational, control, and regulatory concerns. Analyze and interpret KRIs, risk reporting, and remediation activity, coordinating governance actions and commitments to promote accountability and effective risk management outcomes. Facilitate governance forums, escalations, and committee activities, including developing reporting and risk insights
