About You
You know Order Management aren’t just “processing orders.” They’re accuracy, timing, data discipline, and decisions that keep a global supply chain running without disruption. If you’re the kind of analyst who notices gaps before they become problems, thrives on structure, and knows how to remove delivery blocks on time and ensure right product reaches the customer at right time leveraging systems like SAP, Four Kites, Talk Desk, KCP Customer Portal — this role is built around the impact you create. At Kimberly-Clark, your decisions directly influence cost, efficiency, and service for some of the world’s most recognized brands. You bring a grounded understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, and you know how to process orders on time and ensure that the fill rates & OTD targets are achieved. You’re comfortable managing large volumes of orders, keeping systems clean, and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners. What you’ll do Daily Processing of orders in SAP Removing delivery blocks on time & ensure order cube targets are achieved for TL (3200) & CPU (2500) Follow the protocols for min order quantities and applicable fees & allowances Able to take customer calls via TalkDesk and provide solutions Look for process improvement opportunities & bring in $5-10K cost savings Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders & external partners Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely across all organizational levels Support a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute and grow What you bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or order management 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain environment Intermediate–advanced capability with Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills (English) Preferred Qualifications Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and FourKites Advanced knowledge of SAP Results-oriented, analytical, detail-focused, organized, flexible, proactive, strong communication skills, and high organizational awareness.
