Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain QA processes and procedures across the software development lifecycle, while supporting the continuous improvement of QA practices, automation coverage, and testing efficiency. Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for manual and automated testing activities. Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automated test suites using modern frameworks and tools. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to help ensure product quality, reliability, and release readiness. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with development teams to support timely investigation and resolution. Use tools such as JIRA and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, report testing progress, and maintain visibility across QA activities. Prepare clear, accurate, and concise QA reports and documentation to support delivery, internal standards, and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product, and DevSecOps to enhance product quality. Stay current with QA methodologies and automation best practices. Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., security, audit readiness).
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with Java programming language and automation tools such as Selenium (preferably with Serenity BDD) Experience with Cucumber and behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches. Working knowledge of JIRA and Xray for test management, defect tracking, and reporting. Understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration testing). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach to work. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills with a professional working level of English and teamwork skills. Nice to have: exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured; experience in financial services or other regulated environments; and basic knowledge of performance or security testing.
