Manage project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, change control, and performance monitoring to achieve project objectives. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making, issue resolution, and seamless project delivery. Monitor project performance against key metrics, milestones, and deliverables, driving corrective and recovery actions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines. Establish effective project governance through regular progress reviews, management reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with organizational standards and project requirements. General Responsibilities  Lead project cost, commercial, and billing management activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, project milestones, and financial objectives. Manage project budgets, BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost plans, ensuring commercial feasibility and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Drive financial performance reviews through regular analysis of cost reports, project dashboards, and budget variances, implementing corrective actions to maintain project profitability. Facilitate resolution of variation orders, contractual issues, and commercial risks in coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with procurement, design, and site teams to optimize project costs, manage vendor engagements, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Monitor project execution through regular site reviews and progress assessments, ensuring alignment between planned and actual work, budget, and schedule. Ensure effective management of commercial and project-control documentation, including cost reports, cash flow forecasts, billing records, risk registers, and performance trackers. Lead project forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and project delivery targets. Manage project planning and governance processes, including schedule development, progress monitoring, risk management, recovery planning, and stakeholder reporting to ensure successful project delivery. 3-5 bullet points of key selection criteria About You: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Master’s degree in construction management(preferred) 8-12 years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment. Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project delivery.
