Kitchen Manager, Noodle Bar Chef

At the heart of the casino floor, the Royal Noodle Bar delivers exceptional cuisine and energetic guest experiences in a fast-paced, open-concept setting. We are seeking a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our late-night operation, overseeing both the culinary and cashier teams while ensuring outstanding food quality, service, and team performance. Open seven days a week and serving guests into the early morning hours, this role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working alongside their team, and can maintain excellence amid the excitement and action of a vibrant casino atmosphere. The Chef will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, driving operational standards, and creating a welcoming experience for guests and team members throughout every shift.
